Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book an experience through Santorini Best Tours (santorinicurator.com). Please read them before completing a booking.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Santorini Best Tours is a booking platform. We carefully select and list experiences offered by independent local hosts. We are not the direct operator of the experiences unless specifically stated.

We take care in selecting the experiences we list, but the delivery of each experience is the responsibility of the local host.

• All bookings are confirmed at the time of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
• Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

We offer free cancellation on all bookings, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5 to 10 business days).

To cancel a booking, contact us at bookings@santorinicurator.com with your booking reference.

If you need to change the date or number of guests on a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and cannot always be accommodated.

• You are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point specified in your booking confirmation.
• You must provide accurate information when booking, including the number of guests and any relevant health or mobility information if requested.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the local host throughout the experience.

Santorini Best Tours is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the delivery of an experience by a local host, except where required by applicable law.

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, strikes, or decisions by local authorities.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santorini, Greece.

As a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
